We have choosen this facade to be our up-coming / future home design with part facade, the front piers and the front projection windows rendered... It's not shown in the picture above.
We chosen the standard facade as we didn't want to spend much money in the facade. Instead placing the funds to other areas which we think are more beneficial/important to us... Besides the paramount facade, we actually quite like the waterview facade and the SOHO facade. The waterview facade has the featured timber strips at the top front piers which makes it look nice... Whereas I think SOHO projects a very grand look, with the huge front piers & eves.
