It was a busy weekend, spent almost the whole Sat in Spectra. We were doing some of our homework before our actual colour selection, so that at least we will know what exactly what we want. Thus this will simply the colour selection process....
To those who have not been to Spectra, you should pay them a visit, and you definately will not be going home dissapointed. There are great range of selections in their centre. Here are a few of the sneak preview of their selection centre...
Their extensive range of bricks from Boral & Austral, from category 1 till 5....
Different types of claddings available, but since we pick the paramount facade, there won't be any cladding available for us...
Different colours of render... The colour of the render are not only limited here, but you can pick any of the colours in the Dulux colour range and apply it for the render... :) cool...

What else should I say... picture tells a thousand words!... Their standard home comes with the black underlay, with an option to upgrade to the green underlay about $600
